About
John’s story
John Kadiman is an entrepreneur. Raised in Indonesia, he has lived in the US and the UK, and is the founder of No Small Plans, the consulting group that brought Wheaton Wanderers FC, a semi-pro club in UPSL Division 1, to life.
Raised in Indonesia, he moved to the United States to study at Wheaton College. Alongside his degree he completed Dartmouth’s Tuck Business Bridge program and studied at the London School of Economics, and was named to the Econverse 30 Under 30, speaking on stage at Young Davos.
He spent a year and a half in mergers and acquisitions before leaving in 2025 to build full time. He started with football events in Chicago, Miami and Atlanta, then raised capital to found Wheaton Wanderers FC, where every home game is free for fans.
Alongside the club, he hosts Second Degree, a podcast series about what it takes to build something of your own.
A follower of Jesus, he plays piano and violin, cooks, reads and travels whenever he can, and is still chasing a place in the Indonesian national team.
